Being a refurb it looks brand new with absolutely no visible scratches or marks. It booted up fine, and although I'm not a fan of Windows 11 (my company is still a Win 10 shop) I'm slowly getting used to it. The computer itself is rocket fast especially compared to the old HP that shipped with vista it is replacing.
