The seller didn't do anything wrong, but I learned a lesson by not reading all the details of the sale. I thought I was buying a 1991 Upper Deck card, with a 1990 hologram on the back, but instead, received a regular 1991 card. In fairness to the seller, he listed several cards from a drop down menu, in which the ones at the end were listed as "reg", in other words, the regular 1991 card. Again, seller didn't do anything wrong, just a cautionary tale to buyers to always read carefully.
