Rug too thin , the last 8 '' after unrolling is still wrinkled after a month. Tried everything to fix. no reply after I contacted them . Problem is rug is too tightly wound they should have a 3 inch diameter carboard tube to wrap the rug around to prevent excessive small wrinkles and charged a few bucks more for shipping.
