It's 100% real. I purchased a few of these straight from the department store over the years. Look at the quality. The details of the stitching, the drawstring cords with the steel tips, the stitching of the brand label on the back, etc. Perhaps you don't like the shorts and you saying is fake but this item is 100% real. It's unfortunate
