You won't find out there is a hardware problem until you've reinstalled Windows, even if you've gotten that far. Sucks I can't return these now as they are past the return date. Not buying from this Seller again.

Just learned that I cannot return it because return period closed August 21st. Now the 3rd computer they sent me to replace the 1st is also damaged. OS will not boot. Tried to reinstall Windows and M2 disk isn't being recognized by Windows installer. Ugh, I can't return it now either. Sucks
