      il cliente ha ricevuto una serratura ZADI da 6mm precisamente come d'annuncio, l'unica "differenza" è che la testa della chiave è con la copertura in plastica anzichè di metallo semplice (che per inciso costa anche di più!) ciononostante alle sue rimostranze abbiamo risposto che poteva ovviamente restituire l'articolo se non di suo gradimento anche se conforme alla descrizione ma così non è avvenuto. riteniamo pertanto il suo feedback immotivato.
