      It is not the same as my !st. one. The ends are not smooth like dry ends. I would have sent it back but I hate returns. My next step is washing it. They said it was new and unused but it did not seem to be the way the tag & package looked ??

      The wig was shipped to you brand new. You can see this came directly from Noriko (Aderans Hair Goods) by looking at the box and packing slip. We're an authorized retailer for all the brands we sell. They do not sell used wigs (and neither do we).
