I tried to cancel the 2 orders less that -1 hour- after placing it, and Anker refused to cancel the order and shipped anyway. Took 10 days to arrive. No options to return other than using their overpriced shipping option - $10 per unit (may as well keep it, which is the intent). Shady and unacceptable - shame on you, Anker!
