    The video images are EXTREMELEY POOR with this product . It was advertised as Bio med tested and this is the main reason we paid a higher price than other comparable ones at a lower price in the e-bay. . However, this one appears to be of NON -USABLE endangering the patient care. We have tried all the adjustments. Nothing worked. We shared the pictures of the images in the e-bay. Please exchange it with a good quality one ASAP or refund the money. Thank you .
