    I’m being generous with this “neutral”feedback. Seller shipped the wrong item (incorrect model number and color… at least it was a new condition as stated in the ad). I requested a refund with shipping label which the seller approved. Unfortunately, the seller didn’t even bother to take the time to personally write to say, “hey sorry about that. We’ll make this right.” Hence my neutral review and the seller is now on my naughty list. : )
