The boots arrived on time but they are so small that I couldn't get them on even though I ordered the size larger than I usually wear. The merchant's suggestion was to order a half size larger than I normally wear since the sizes run small. So I ordered a little larger than suggested and they were still too small. However, there was no hesitation from the seller for me to return them and that's good enough for me.
