    The item was damaged out of the box to the left temple as it connects to the left side of the frame (this probably is by the individual was selling them in the first place—they were damaged) and the item itself was wrapped in a part of paper bag (something any person wrapping an item with care would not do as it could scratch it the frame as well as the lenses). I will be filing a complaint with eBay and attempt to get a full refund and return this item.

    Honestly can't believe this buyer left negative feedback without even contacting me for a resolution, Would have fixed the issue right away. Must have been damaged during shipment HOWEVER it literally took me 2 seconds to slightly bend the arm back and they are 100% perfect. CAN'T PLEASE THEM ALL
