    The item arrived new and in record time. However, when I tried to operate it, it turned into a nightmare. It would not allow me to put in a physical address with the desired city information. Instead, it would complete the information box with the names of cities in your home that begin with similar letters. For example, you begin to type "Char" for Charleston in SC, but the system would complete that word for you with, say, "Charlesville" in GA although you started the search in "S Carolina"!
