Make sure you know what side the tint is and what side the film is I cut with the flim not facing out and it had to be used on the other side of the cars window. You don't need to heat shrink if you cut it into smaller straps on heavy contour windows. The heat shrinking was the hardest part. I quit after I got burned and just put it up as is. And it will still have the benefits.
