After contacting the seller about the overcharge shipping ; I was told that shipping costs are determined by eBay and could vary from $ 8.70 to $ 11.95 . When I went to checkout ; the shipping cost was $ 9.70 ; but when I went to my paypal the shipping cost had gone to $ 11.95 .
