    Even though it´s working, it does not work properly. The speakers have a high distortion level in the low frequencies at medium to low volume. They were supposed to sound perfectly

    we believe is caused by buyer putting in 110v when speakers set at 230v, we asked buyer to confirm this and voltage using in USA and if still faulty, we can exchange them but buyer has not replied or open up a return so we are confused over this as is no message from the buyer about any fault etc. as we told buyer, if both speakers are doing the same then is most probably the low voltage going on
