Do not buy product from this person!!!!! You have no tech support from hikvision!!! This product does not come from north America. Hikvision will not help you!!!! I asked before buying if this product came from China or north America and was told it comes from USA. Serial number says different when you call hikvision. So don't buy from this person!! Just a warning!!
