Same guy! IMPOSSIBLE unplug USB and it terminates the software. Buyer purchased 2 items then as soon as he saw movement on tracking demanded refund. Said he wants to keep the product + money. We had to report him 2 eBay for making threats, scamming, false claims.He demanded something that wasn't in the listing and said if we didn't provide he would leave negative feedback.
