Shipping was great. Cost was fair. Unfortunately the knob provided differs from the Original Kitchen Aid knob in terms of orientation (horizontal/vertical axis) molding and the depth of the insert hole. Despite these differences, the knob can be used to replace the original and provide (grip) function. Perhaps this feedback, while not negative, will help inform those of some KitchenAid mixers to check their units closely.

The buffers look good and are softer than the original, which I think should actually work better to buffer the bolt. I think the product and seller are great... USPS on the other hand not so much. The package arrived in California within 2 days and then spent a week traveling to multiple post offices, some twice, around the S.F. Bay Area... unbelievable! If not for the frustration, it would make a humorous "Dumb and Dumber" sequel. That aside, the product appears to be worth the wait.
