They were very quick to create a label so canceling the order isn’t an option. Contacted the seller 2 days ago, and was assured it would be shipped out that day—nothing. Still not shipped. Waiting for a product is fine if there’s notified delays; but there wasn’t, and this is for my wife who has school. Shady practices. Do not recommend this seller. Go elsewhere for your needs.

For a $500 plus price tag on this item you would expect better, especially for a certified refurbished item. The item appears to work as intended, I had hoped quality control would have been better.
