I experienced excellent communication with them during the process of diagnosing this particular ECM. I was only charged for troubleshooting this module and refunded the balance of my payment. My defective ECM was returned to me. I highly recommend this service provider!! A++++ customer service.!

As for the warranty, NO INSTRUCTIONS THAT THE PCM SHELL was required for WARRANTY. So I SENT THE COMPUTER PARTS attached to the bottom of the shell. Pictured is what I sent. 40 Dollars shipping&pkg. In regards to waranty they would send stickers and honor the warranty. I have yet to receive the Warranty stickers, hence no warranty. The Van cranked but would not start. We weren't even open for business on 10/12 so at least make up a better story. You also sent a part in for repair that we do not advertise to work on. Then you sent it with no case to protect the circuit board, why would you even take time to remove it from the case? You ECM is fine, the vehicle is almost 40 years old, you probably need a completely new engine.
