The tracking was hopeless with DHL e commerce telling me it was handed over to Australia Post and waiting for me to collect ( which is my shipping address and where I work ). Took me 4 days to establish DHL handed it over to this terrible courier Aramex who failed to deliver it to my shipping address and failed to notify me where it was.
