Just received these shoes today and they are significantly smaller in length than described. I have 3 other new polo Ralph shoes all size 10D UK9 EUR43 28.5cm and fitment is perfect. Your shoes are supposed to be size 10D UK9 EUR43 28.5cm but they are 5mm shorter in length and do not fit properly . I need to action a refund immediately , see attached photos that show your shoe is significantly shorter in length than my other polo Ralph shoes in same sizing that I own.
