Item was great, as described and arrived in new condition but seller was difficult to deal with and communicated dishonestly. From what I could see JMM.SPORTS is an online shop for Stormer Sports. Plenty of places to buy a beanie so my suggestion is avoid seller if possible.

Customer placed an order on the weekend then mid-monday morning sent us an EMAIL to ask for the order to be cancelled hours after our shipping team started. I told the customer it was too late to cancel the order and that sending an email doesnt remove their order from the shipping que by the time someone noticed the email we had hundreds of orders shipped and it was too late to cancel. Customer didnt understand this and reponded with name calling and this unfair feedback.
