Product arrived damaged. Messaged with pictures so a claim could be filed (USPS priority mail is insured up to $100). 8 days later I get a response asking for the same pictures I had sent, and another 8 days floats by with no response. At no point did I blame the seller. Part of the claim process is that the original receipt be provided. Seller packed as well as they could, so this was on the USPS for damage. Just asked for help and that seemed inconvenient.
