      The lower arm arrived with damaged threads on the middle ball joint and the seller offered me a pathetic £20 partial refund which is disgusting considering a cheap tap and die set costs 3x that, they didn't respond to the case but did however constantly call me and leave voicemails which was completely wrong and against ebay policy! I've now been without a car for over a week and will have to wait even longer, items are supposed to be checked before being sent so obviously they didn't this time!

      Don't trust this seller!!! I've been attempting to sort this problem out for 2 weeks and now due to their sly ways of bending the system and delaying I'm stuck with a damaged part and no way of returning it or even getting a partial refund!!! Absolutely disgusting! Avoid them at all costs unless you like wasting money! What a bunch of cowboys ��

      You had kept the part and had a refund without returning it, you like to misuse ebay returns to your advantage, blocked you.
