The item that was shown was completelz different from what was shipped. They were advertising the top end version of the laptop, which was black and came with many different features, but shipped a lower specced version that was silver and had a lower spec display and graphics chip. The customer service was quick to answer and refund me at least, but it was still a very annoying experience. I would suggest asking for details before ordering from this seller.

Item was shipped exactly as described in eBay, also we have posted actual color of item in detail description. Unfortunately, buyer is expecting 4K display and this specific laptop only comes with Full HD display and also described clearly in listing. Buyer should not assume higher specification by just seeing color of item, buyer must check detail specification prior to purchase to avoid in frustration. However, we sent free shipping label and issued full refund.

Item came in exactly as described, it came in with extra’s a keyboard and mouse.
The mouse was broken upon arrival wasn’t packaged correctly, but it wasn’t a big deal.
The only thing about this unit to mention, it was running a bit hot, thermal paste on the CPU was old, I had to replace it.
