The bag is beautiful and in excellent but not a cross body bag. It was described in the listing and in the description as a “Cross Body Bag or shoulder bag”. The strap measures 24” or two feet end to end. See pictures. I needed a cross body bag for a trip. It’s too late to return it. Cross body bags rest at the waist, not at the chest. See picture. I waisted my money. I can’t use the bag. I’m so disappointed.
