Put a 1 1/8 straight fork on, you will need a bottom bearing for the headset if you're using an existing headset. Installed mechanical disk brakes the distance between the cable and frame is tight but manageable. Have ridden it on flowy single track trails for about two weeks,rides great. Delivered well before promised and responded to a question promptly. Will buy from them again.
