    I live in the Philippines. While I wish these and other items would have arrived quicker, they did arrive very well protected. Overall, I am well pleased. When it comes to shipping cost, it is no one's fault pertaining to the seller. Thus the low postage cost rating. In my opinion, the shippers should not charge so much. After all, it is just a few small pieces of paper with very little weight.

Depending on customer location and zip code/area, we are charged higher than other locations even in the same country, even for a small pieces of paper.
