    I needed to return the keyboard b/c it did not work correctly. Emailed the seller once to get suggestion for a fix and got no response. So I returned the keyboard and the seller deducted the refund monies b/c "it was not returned in the initial condition." I returned it within a couple of weeks; it was in exactly the same condition as when I bought it. So I emailed the seller for details of why they deducted w/ photos showing the problem. They did not respond and have not responded to date.
