I tried half a dozen or more times, watched all the videos and did everyting right. A big waste of money. I will have to get the screen replaced as this was pathetically useless. I was totally scammed. Recomemd go straight to a watch repairer & get it done right. I'm so disappointed and was looking forward to using this but its left a bad taste in my mouth.

After first sanding away medium-level scratches on a mineral watch crystal using finer and finer grade sanding paper until the crystal surface was fairly smooth to the touch, Poly-watch Glass scratch remover restored the original mirror-finish!

Not sure if this is an actual Bergeon product, and this is how they ship it. It just seems out of place considering the packaging for other official Bergeon products I've purchased. While it was delivered in good condition, this device feels very flimsy and plasticky. While I'm yet to test it, overall buying experience was positive with this seller
