The hard plastic case backing also appeared dirty and had a slight imprint of the word "iPhone" showing prior use on someone else's phone. The description saying "like new" better translates to "previously used". The price of the item was okay, but not worth it if they are all reused. Maybe I just got a bad product, not sure?
