The seller offered no information as to why, and when processing a return, only credited me $86 of the $155. The seller states "return payment - shipping cost." Just be mindful that the shipper charges $74 for shipping. Communication and processing times were terrible. Absolutely nowhere did we state "shipping cost." Anyone can leave negative feedback, that is fine. Please at least be truthful and dont lie.

I experienced excellent communication with them during the process of diagnosing this particular ECM. I was only charged for troubleshooting this module and refunded the balance of my payment. My defective ECM was returned to me. I highly recommend this service provider!! A++++ customer service.!
