Told them what was wrong and they claimed their tech had checked it out and there was nothing wrong with it. And charged me the fee. I got it back and tested it again and had it tested by bmw and it's a bad ecu, the power rail is damaged. They wasted my time and ignore my message demanding a refund since they didn't even find the problem, and then told me there was nothing wrong with it.

Sent in the ECU expecting it to not be repairable, but I was shocked when I got a call from someone at the company stating not only was it fixed and what the issue was causing the problems, but they shipped it back in no time. Car runs like brand new, although it was two seconds from being junked! I've purchased from this company before and will continue to in the future.
