I spent nearly £500 on this item only for it to arrive broken. Contact with the seller was sluggish and of no help, asking pointless questions like what caused the damage, as if I was clairvoyant. Days after it had arrived and I had settled for just owning the broken item, they asked me to pay a surprise £100+ extra to FedEx for their clearly stellar delivery service. Don't use this seller if you can avoid it.

We didn't ask pointless question, we need to find out what caused the damage, so that we can contact the maker or the shipping carrier for compensation. Import tax is buyer's responsibility, it has nothing to do with the seller. Anyway, we will report this buyer to eBay, as he didn't follow ebay feedback policy.
