I received a damaged screen, which they wanted to blame me for, I don't know what happened because when I received it it was already damaged, which means that someone bought it and returned their damaged screen and they didn't realize it, I am being 100% honest and so is who sold it to me, someone didn't do their job before sending it to the client. I got a replacement 100% working.

In this case, we could either exchange it or refund you after we receive the item back. You never returned the item and instead you said the item was tossed in the trash. It doesn't leave us much option in this case. I am sorry about your experience and please let me know if you can return the item so I can issue a free label.
