The product was in good condition and it worked well, yet, its box was opened. I am not sure who did that but the exterior and interior package of the product was opened. Probably it happened either at customs or shipping company. Another thing is shipping cost which was expensive. Also, you should let the buyer know about the additional costs such as import deposit fee.
