    It likely would have never made it to me if I didn't file a complaint with eBay. The description was very poor and didn't really provide much info on the item, upon further inspection the laptop had a different processor than what was stated in the description. On the bright side, the seller did send the item soon after I filed a "item did not arrive" complaint and was easy to communicate with.
