They had two tracked packages to deliver on the same day - they delivered the other one, but not this one. I can only assume that either the postman forgot the second package, and tried to hide his error, or they had two different people in two different vans to deliver two different packages to the same address on the same day, and the second one just couldn't be bothered. Either way, poor show from Bodmin delivery office staff. No fault of seller - fully refunded.
