Compass was damaged. Does not hold fluid. Compass shipped with no fluid, which indicates that this was a known condition PRIOR to shipping . Seller needs to be up front with this info, the compass value is way less. I know it’s a salvage, but if there is such obvious damage, any buyer must be notified and price adjusted. You can’t expect a positive review otherwise. I must now get a rebuild kit for this compass or request a refund of some sort.

I would have been more than happy to give you a refund if you had let me know. I didn't hear from you at all.. I had no idea it was damaged. There is no conspiracy going on here. It's very simple to open a return on ebay....
