    I ordered the wrong size shaft and cross-threaded it. They offered to repair it for a reasonable price, that reminded me that I had a spare shaft that I cross threaded in the past. So I shipped both back , got them repaired and had tips changed , shipped pack over night and they made it an hour before I had to leave to a tournament as promised. Excellent service wirh reasonable prices
