When you open a not received dispute without messaging me first I am very limited on how I can help you. If your pattern goes lost the best thing to do is contact me directly through the message link so I can send another one out and replace it. Mail has been unpredictable lately but I also make sure my customers will get their patterns but it has to be through messages, if not you will just get a refund.
