The lower pivot of the balance staff was short (broken or used), so the product was useless. Very disappointed. I expected better from such a highly reputed seller, especially when condition was described as: "Pre-owned: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended..." Not operational, in the first place. Delivery and shipping was OK, therefore I give neutral evaluation.
