These are the inside diameter of the large hole, inside diameter of the small hole, and overall height. I bought this thinking that the 31 x 15 x 20 in the description was referring to these dimensions. I just projected the numbers in the description onto the standard template of measuring these, and that didn't work out. Other than the boot being smaller than expected - the quality is good! packaging was good! and shipping was fast!!
