However sometimes our trusted service provider Royal Mail get delivery dates wrong or even lose parcels. As soon as we found out your order had not been delievered, we sent a replacement via tracked 24 hours.
I therefore do not agree with your phrase of "rubbish and clowns" but may i recommend an anger management course. It may help.
