    PROS:It's very cute and a beautiful blue. Seems well made and it's very heavy. CONS: Some loose threads and I guess needs a petticoat to get the full skirt look. The sash is a little too big and velcros on at the back which is neat if it fits, but isn't helpful to get the right fit when it's too loose, so it kind of sags on the dress because I cant tie it tighter or get the velcro to connect where needed, where the panels meet it's too loose.
