It is indeed marked Limoges but I rely on an antique dealer to do basic research on items it represents. There are several indicators this is a reproduction mainly the lack of opaqueness & the writing on the bottom that says "patent applied for" which feels like a decal. I am no expert and I won't be returning the item due the high shipping fees and I don't have the time. Just letting you know. Condition / packing are fine.
