It arrived on Sept. 2nd, very well packed with a proper ESD protection sleeve in place. Tracking was fast and accurate, battery was indeed a real deal genuine Asus product. After installing and syncing to my machine, I'm sporting a 2 hr. charge time and a 9hr. run time w. no issues whatsoever. Would recommend this seller, would buy from them again hands down. AAA+
