The "Key" power line attaches to any 72 volt source that is on with the key switch. I tapped in upper right behind solenoid switch, red/white 72 vdc wire that is energized with key switch (it is 72 volts also). Old converter, dim headlights. or not at all. Saved $300.

They used DHL - a mostly freight carrier which is notoriously slow. The package was ~6" square and might have weighed a pound.
